How We Perform Your X-Ray
Your X-ray is performed by our experienced radiographers. You will be positioned carefully to capture the required views, and you may be asked to hold still or briefly hold your breath while each image is taken.
Most X-ray examinations are completed within minutes. Our radiologists review the images and provide a report to your referring doctor promptly.
Preparing for Your X-Ray
X-rays require little preparation. As a general guide:
Bring your referral with you. Walk-ins with a valid referral are welcome, no appointment is needed.
Let our team know if you are or may be pregnant before your X-ray.
Wear comfortable clothing without metal fastenings where possible, and be prepared to remove jewellery from the area being imaged.
