Radiant Radiology provides dedicated WorkCover / workers’ compensation imaging across the Gold Coast and Logan. What you need for WorkCover imaging
To assist with booking and any required approvals, please include as much of the following as possible:
A valid referral (GP or specialist)
WorkCover / workers compensation claim number
Date of injury
Insurer and/or case manager details (if available)
Any additional information requested on the referral or by the insurer
Providing complete details helps avoid appointment delays and supports a smoother process for everyone involved.
Our approach to WorkCover imaging
Pre-approval support (where required)
Depending on the imaging type and the claim arrangements, approval may be required before the appointment. In these cases, we can assist with coordinating the information needed for the approval process.
Clear reporting to the referring doctor
Imaging reports are prepared for the referring practitioner to support clinical decision-making. If you have specific clinical questions for the radiologist, include them on the referral where appropriate.
