Treatment process at Medicross Eye Hospital
Please read the information carefully and prepare all necessary documents before coming for examination so that the examination process is quick and effective.
Required identification documents
Identity card/Citizen identification card/Passport or Birth certificate (if child)
Health insurance card/Private insurance card (if any) for procedures.
Types of cards/coupons (if any).
Medical Appointment Process
Step 2:
Get a priority number at the reception desk and go to the 2nd floor.
Step 3:
Register and get medicine at the hospital on the 2nd floor. Priority cases for immediate treatment: emergency, healthy people, children under 2 years old, people over 80 years old, pregnant women.
Step 4:
Medical examination. Patients follow the information on the examination form to specialized clinics.
